Al-Qaeda urges jihadists to strike American Airlines, United & Delta planes
Terror group Al-Qaeda released their magazine called Inspire on Dec. 24th where they asked 'lone wolf' jihadists to blow up four of America's biggest airlines - American Airlines, United, Continental Airlines (which has merged with United) and Delta planes using bombs made in their kitchens.
An article in the magazine, which is illegal to own (you could face possible jail time for carrying the mag in a public place), urged terrorists to target these airlines because it will help them gain headlines and 'crush the America's economy'.
The article also told followers to target Air France, British Airways and Easyjet. And see them praisingAbdulmutallab (where you see Delta), the Nigerian'underwear bomber' who tried to blow up a plane some years back.
Wreckage' of missing AirAsia jet is spotted in sea by search plane
Looks like the AirAsia flight that went missing early yesterday morning may be at the bottom of the sea. Indonesian officials say a search plane hunting for the missing plane have spotted objects in the sea believed to be wreckage from the plane which was carrying 155 passengers and 7 crew members.
An Australian Orion aircraft early this morning detected suspicious objects near Nangka island, about 160 kilometres south-west of Pangkalan Bun, near central Kalimantan, which is about 1,120 kilometres from the location where the plane lost contact while an Indonesian helicopter saw two oily spots in the search area a few hours later, this is according to Indonesian officials.
Experts believe that the aircraft was likely flying too slow to avoid a thunderstorm they encountered and this caused the plane to stall and crash.
Mikel Obi reportedly building estate in Lagos called Chelsea Estate
There are reports by people in the know that Chelsea and Super Eagles midfielder, Mikel Obi is building a mini estate in the Ajah/Badore new development area of Lagos. Mikel and his partners (including a bank) are planning to build over 100 housing units of 2/3/4bedroom service apartments, a multipurpose hall and recreational facilities. The estate will be called Chelsea Estate and construction has already begun.

U.S. Formally Ends War In Afghanistan
The United States and NATO has formally ended their war in Afghanistan on Sunday with a ceremony at the military headquarters in Kabul as the insurgency they fought for 13 years remains as deadly and ferocious as at any time since the 2001 invasion that unseated the Taliban regime following the Sept. 11 attacks. 
The symbolic ceremony marked the end of the U.S.-led International Security Assistance Force, which will transition to a supporting role with 13,500 soldiers, most of them American, starting Jan. 1.
Gen. John Campbell, commander of ISAF, rolled up and sheathed the green and white ISAF flag and unfurled the flag of the new international mission, called Resolute
“Resolute Support will serve as the bedrock of an enduring partnership” between NATO and Afghanistan, Campbell told an audience of Afghan and international military officers and officials, as well as diplomats and journalists. He paid tribute to the international and Afghan troops who have died fighting the insurgency, saying: “The road before us remains challenging but we will triumph.”
From Jan. 1, the new mission will provide training and support for Afghanistan’s military, with the U.S. accounting for almost 11,000 members of the residual force.
